Shipping policy

An order for goods placed by you, the buyer, through our website shall be subject to these terms and conditions. All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statue or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the law. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under any applicable law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence. 

For Non-Account customers, full payment for the total value of the goods ordered must be received before the order can be be processed. Once payment has been recieved we will confirm receipt of your order by email to the address supplied by you on your form. The finalisation of the contract between both parties will be deemed complete when your goods are dispatched.
